My husband and I finally were able to take our honeymoon, after 2 years. Originally, Marina planned our honeymoon for the month after we got married. She helped us choose Jamaica. However, my husband's career path changed and we ended up moving across the country. With the timing of the new job, and the move, we could not take our trip. Marina was so understanding, patient, and kind! I promised myself that when we were a bit more stable and could do so we would take the trip of our dreams and Marina would be our agent! Besides marrying the love of my life, using her as our agent was the best decision of my life! Last fall she helped us begin planning our overdue honeymoon! This spring we took a wonderful trip to Venice, Italy for a total of 5 nights and then a 7 night cruise to Italy, Greece, and Turkey. We have never traveled outside the country nor have we done a cruise-both intimidated us! She made us both feel confident that we would love the trip and we absolutely did. Not only did she give us that confidence to go and do this, but she was timely and helped us stay within our budget. We won't use anyone but Marina for our future adventures and I can't wait to send her my next request!

Marina Byrum recently served as our travel agent for a family vacation to the Hawaiian Islands. The vacation was delightful and trouble free. Transportation and lodging for family members from different locations had to be scheduled and coordinated within a short time-frame with limited funds. I just want to say I am so glad I have found Marina. Before I met her traveling was an enormous stress.
Marina is like my own personal travel concierge. She takes care of every travel detail for me and my family.
From coaching us on how to make our travel easier on ourselves (i.e. filling out cruise forms ahead of time for
quick boarding) to fixing things if our plans go awry (i.e. when we miss a plane or get delayed).
Marina Byrum does not work a 9-5 Monday through Friday job. I have called her on weekends, at night, even on Holidays.
I am always greeted with a chipper hello, and more importantly, after that hello she swiftly takes care of all my travel needs.

Thank you so much Marina for helping book one of the most important trips of our lives....our honeymoon. You helped us so much in getting our hotels booked and everything set up so we didnt have to worry about anything. Everything was great and we had the most wonderful time in Hawaii. All the excurions you booked for us were so great. We had the best time on the Oahu Hummer 5-Hour Off Road Movie Set/LOST Land Tour and also the Shark cage dive was one of the best things we ever did. The itinerary that you had for us was so great to have and was very helpful. Thank you so much in getting the special amenities I wanted for my new wife and when they weren't there like they were supposed to, you took care of that too and had that rectified really quick.Thanks for the champagne you had for us at both our hotels. It was a relief to me to send the girls to the pool with our very own brand new towels you sent. I was concerned they would lose their Carnival-provided $22 room towels, which would have cost us. With your towels, I could rest easy and not have to give constant reminders. Good news is, we have both towels home here with us safe and sound.

We did have a wonderful time on our trip! The Inside Passage is beautiful. Our room was perfect. We could sit on our balcony and watch whales! The glaciers were very impressive too.
Seattle was nice too. The Pikes Street Market was one of my very favorite things.
